 The cattlehide nappa leathers are manufactured optionally in all colour varieties according to customer's requirements. They are 1.2 - 1.4; 1.4 - 1.6; 1.6 - 1.8 and 1.8 - 2.0 mm thick. They are smooth and embossed in 5 varieties and used forwomen, men and children schoes.
The cattlehide fatliquored semi-chrome is a waterproof leather, 1,8 - 2.0; 2.0 - 2.2 mm thick. It is waterproofed using BASF products. It resist a water-column exposure for over 48 hours and meets the requirements of the Bulgarian State Standard - test under dynamic conditions on a BALY - pentrometer. It is used for sports shoes and special purpose shoes.
The article won a Golden medal on the EAST WEST EURO INTELLECT exhibition, 2004.
The thickness of the cattlehide and buffalo blank is optional, on customer's request, and is within the ranges of: 2.5 - 3.0; 3.0 - 3.5; 3.5 - 4.0; 4.0 - 5.0 mmand over. It could be black, brown, natural look, chrome, aniline and semi-aniline. It is used for belts, saddlery, etc.
The cattle-, calf- and kidskin nappas for clothing are 0,7 - 0,9 mm, for jackets - 0,9 - 1,1mm, athe ones for biker jackets are 1,2 – 1,4 mm thick
The cattle- and goat- nappas for upholstery are 0,9 – 1,1 and 1,0 – 1,2 mm thick.
The cattle- and pigskin "eco" lining leather are vegetable tanned leather. They are used for medical and sports articles.
Cattlehide nubuk
and split - suede are 1,2 – 2, 4 and 1,4 – 1,6 mm thick
It is dyed with colors, chosen by the customer. It can be impregnated with different oils and waxes of the “Ranger” type.
